A bowl feeder uses a vibrating spiral track to orient loose, bulk-packaged parts and present them singly at a pick point. It's the only way to machine-feed bulk parts, at the cost of a bulky, part-specific mechanism.

Rare on desktop machines; more common in higher-volume lines feeding a single high-runner part.
